Prothena Capital Management Limited is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under License No. AIFM60/56/2013, in accordance with the Cyprus AIFM Law (L.56(I)/2013). The firm operates in line with the European Union’s Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), reflecting its commitment to sound regulatory practices and investor protection.
As an External AIFM, Prothena is dedicated to safeguarding investor interests by maintaining strong risk management practices, fostering compliance, and helping to mitigate systemic risk within the investment framework.
